The Urhobo Leadership Forum Abuja (ULFA), a policy think tank based in Abuja, welcomes the Memorandum of Understanding recently signed between NNPC Limited and two Chinese companies for the upgrade, expansion, and completion of ongoing projects at the Warri Refinery and Petrochemical Company and the Port Harcourt Refinery.
We commend NNPC Limited’s management for this decisive step and for the thorough process that led to the agreement.
